I can't believe the sh1t box has attracted more attention than the orange one! it's been much more fun too. I can't say the orange was ever one of 'the best'. I like to think I got the look right at the time, but the bodywork was never up to standard and was constantly being re done, and I never finished the interior either (hence the lack of a feature). The rado will be nice....and quick....and back on the 9"s

Orange one was one of my favourite golfs ever, looks alot better in the flesh than in any pics though, none of the pics ive seen show the colour off properly.

How much? Does it come with the Centras? Will the Centras be up for grabs separately? Love Sh1tbox and Rats in general, the fact they're used and abused is appealing and, as you say, you've had more fun than with the orange one (which is what it's all about isn't it).
Centra's are just sat in the garage. I was going to keep hold of them for the missus next car, but I cna't find anything. the derby the racer and the orange syncro shell are all for sale.
I used to love that Orange Mk2 Phatty, pretty sure I saw it at Doncaster on year? Iw as into my pugs then but remember seeing it somewhere and thinking, if I had a golf it'd be something like that! Oh yeah and how big is that sunstrip on it??
Yeah, it was at Donny a few years back, it won best VW 2 years running. And I got interviewed by Men & Motors there too the first year. Still haven't seen the footage to this day.
