mk1- has to be the best bang for buck, i find it more fun to drive than my mk2 track car, isn't that what track days are about??
Another Mk2 vote. I also have a Mk1 which people were suggesting to turn into a track car, but I have decided to use my Mk2. The main reason being that it cost me 250 and if I stack it I can go out and get another for 250 quite easily.
Your all wrong i think!- its the Mk2 Scirocco- rediculously cheap to buy + handle really well due to them being quite light and low centre of gravity +parts are very easily obtained. And if you smash it up it doesnt matter as you can go out and buy another minter for less than 500 Sort the "brakes" out though- they dont come with any.
