Building a 16v turbo what parts

    16v block-low comp pistons
    intercooler from a gtd or similar
    oil feed
    custom downpipe
    turbo:lol:

    i'm not 100% sure but i think that can only be used on an 8v head.

    garret turbos.hows your german? :p check this

    id buy a manifold from ATP Turbo and a Garrett T28.

    Some decent injectors and G60 management.

    Decent charge cooler or Rallye IC for factory look.

    JE low comp pistons

    Ridgeway Racing pistons

    and enjoy 320bhp

    abf block, kr head, 2e pistons, g60 management, rs2 exhaust manifold, rs2 inlet manifold

    you can get turbo manifold of the vwvortex forum... Around about $300 which is about 170 which isent bad.

    Wot compresstion ratio does it have to run at?

    mine has been lowered to 8:5.1 by offset bushing of the small ends of the conrods.

    RS2 engines are 5 cylinder? Shorten the inlet yep, not the exhaust it would never fit.......It would also be better to use 20v pistons from the late ur-quattros or S2 as these will have the cuts for valves in the top of the pistons and give the 8.5.1 comp required

    The 20v quattro/S2/RS2 pistons are available in 81.01mm, 81.26mm and 81.51mm from Kolbenschmidt the cost 80 each....

    You will have probs. as the ABF has a 82.5mm bore and a 92.8 stroke so the S2 pistons would be no good...
