On my way home I saw Patrice Evra in a matt black lambo near Da Trafford Arms in Alderly Edge, then I (think I) saw Sting a few yards further on

I met Van Morrison twice, he has a house a few miles away from me - total nobber.
Yet to meet Eddie Irvine who allegedly has a house bout 2 miles up the road, nor seen any fancy cars come in or out of the private estate - think it was a rumour spread by the developers to increase sales!

I boned Kerry Katona. Not really a claim to fame as so has everyone else, but I thought I'd throw that in there. Double entendre intended.

Obi wan Kenobi used to live not far from us when I was a boy. I also met Floella Benjamin, at the Henley regatta, the day after getting back from glastonbury one year. My dreadlocks must've been stinky, but she still smiled!

We had lots of famous people bring their animals in to the vets I worked at - sally gunnell (she is really nice), katie price (also surprisingly nice), julie graham the actress... Julie was going out with Paul McGann at the time and he brought her wee stafford in to have stitched out after she's been spayed. I was doing the stitch removal and I was so nervous I realised only afterwards I had my hand on his thigh to steady it as I was quivering. I've seen a few celebs at the airport and once sat behind that black showjumper with long hair who's name I can't remember.

oooh and I almost forgot, I got a lovely christmas card from the artist Philip Dunn and his wife (worth a few quid I imagine as its a signed drawing - I must look that out) and also a card from the author/journalist Julie Burchill who paid the fees for a rescue dog coming into the quarantine kennels that my bosses also own. I need to start an autograph book

Oh, and my ex is famous now, but I don't count him cos he's just normal to me. It does pain me somewhat to know he's driving around in his porsche 4x4 thing whilst I struggle with a land rover that is older than the hills and drives like a drunk on a toilet but hey.

Today I spotted Gail from Coronation Street on the M60, she drives a 52reg merc. I was on my way back from a job in Telford where I saw nothing interesting at all.
