F**king Bus Drivers, Update, wifes Jetta has now been hit, ARGHHHHHH

Further update.

Stagecoach, were refusing to pay out, until I sent in all the pictures I had taken. They have now admitted full liability, and sent a nice check to my insurance company to cover all costs.

My advice in they todays modern climate of camera phones, always take photo's of any accident you are involved in. It certainly helped my case.

 

I have just had charges dropped by police over a bus incident.... they are useless.
Hope it looks nice when you get it back!!!

Stu it was in Hurlford, just outside Kilmarnock, yeh the car does look better, the front bumper was really stone chipped, now the full drivers side, front and back bumpers are spotless.

 

ah the good old whippet days what every week we had an accident with those bloody drivers

 

who told you?

for an example, if a lorry was coming down a hill and had a parked car on its side of the road, you have right of way.
which is what my driving instructor told me.
i on the other hand would allow the lorry to go round if it was suitable. not going to mess with the big stuff

 

the other joke is he had enough space on the road to pass got a good 1ft if not more on the LHS

 

That's the point the bus driver couldn't get into his head.
