5 is the fuel return from the engine :)

as above ideally run the extra wire along with the originals, might be a bit of a pain as you say to feed in an extra wire. You could tie a bit of thick string to the original lifter wire then pull it back inside, do the work then use the string to guide it back out

Okay ideal thankyou! Will have a mess around this weekend! Will a KJET 16v pump run enough pressure for an ABF engine? Cheers

Anyone have any suggestions on where to fit the swirl pot for minimum movement on pipes?

I would try to mount it in the factory location, which is behind the main pump near the filler neck, same position the fuel accumulator is on ealier versions of kjet

Just to bring this post back to life with a question, but do you think it would be safe to mount the swirl pot above the main fuel pump? (Beside the tank by behind drivers door) I've put it in but am still waiting for some connectors too connect it up. Seems like the easiest place that all pipes meet up. Just wondering if you considered it safe? It's all connected properly? I was literally thinking of mounting it on top of the main inline pump? Thankyou

Best to mount it outside of the car in case of leaks and fire

My inline pump is under the car mate, bolted to the side of the tank. Was planning to mount the swirl pot on top of it?
