It must be great on the open road, my trip to Scotland recently made me realise the importance of a torquey and flexible motor, I still think you have to go a long way to beat the 16 valve for the increase in BHP / lbs/ft to pounds spent on tuning.

Looking good Gary, you not tempted to treat your passenger to an OMP chair too?

    Pete -

You'll be impressed when your 2 litre is in the car, makes *so* much difference in everyday driving. Even with the very long ratios of the DFQ mk3 8v 'box it still pulls well in any gear (my 4th gear is *more or less* equivalent to a 16v 5th)

    Al -

When Claire drives the car I think - ooohhh this seat is comfy :p I'll keep it, then she's the *3rd* lap of the roundabout .... f'kin seat [:x]

When me and ChrisP shared the driving going to the 'Ring last year I was glad to swap seats, as after 1.5 hrs you get 'cinema bum' sitting in that race seat [xx(] but yeh, a matching seat would be nice.

 I was thinking about seats again for the G40, but I can see my girlfriend moaning if they are mega uncomfy! Need to go sit in a few and make sure I don't get stuck

I had the same problem Al, We went over to Demon Tweeks to try all the seats.

I got stuck in a Recaro SPG and Corbeau pro sprint  "err have you got a crane?"!

OMP RS has plenty of room for a fat fecker [:D]

    I had a Sparco Pro 2000 that was a little tight [:$]

The Corbeau's come in a slightly wider version too, Motorsport World has quite a few seats in stock, going to drop over and see them and get a sit in a few, as Demon Tweaks, is a fair old jaunt from up here!

Its even worse when I did a call in like that to test some seats out before christmas and found the showroom empty!! [:s]

Had been like that for ages, supposedly a refurb of the area going on, but saw no evidence of it
