It's not so much how light it is, but where the material is taken from. Two flywheels the same, the one with the material moved form the outer edges will be more revvy than one with it removed from the center. Ridgeway racing do some nice ones.
after talking to a breakers who can supply me a TT 225bhp lump for about 1500 - it was suggested to me that a diesel gearbox would be best as it will take the most punishment. Is this true or will I lose some power in the ratio's at all? Looks like I wont be needing my G60 box any longer
