I'm just watching that multi van on the bay with the knackered head/engine. can't seem to hit the reserve thought, and it's a LONG way away to get it home too.

I thought you loved yellow vehicles, your cars seem to spend a lot of time been recovered by them [:D] [:D] [:D]

Air cooled are to be towed, not tow, have you never seen the recovery vehicles queuing at the end of the Bug jam weekend

Use my Split on a daily basis, owned it for a couple of years and never had an ounce of trouble. Just took it 500 miles or so to do Brighton Breeze along with best part of a thousand other aircooled. Down to maintenance perhaps. Just about to buy a Puck and tow it around to all the camping meets next year. Here's hoping eh ;)

sod it, I'm going to get a syncro. my mate reckons he can remap the 102bhp TDI to 130bhp that'll do me.

Even a Tauran would be good for towing like mine !! found one for sale near me 55 plate 100k 4.9k !! if you get a 150PD you can chip it to 190bhp . just watch the Dual Mass Clutch.

seats in the back just lift out etc.lots about for sale now and not at silly prices like some T4's :)

You'll want of these as well too

touran is a bit small i think. not really considered one before, i didn't realise they were that cheap. it's a bit too "peolpe carrier" for me.

T4's are daft money, but i'f I'm going to be adding stuff like windows and that then i shouldn't really lose money on it as the "surf bus" or "day van" tag seems to add about 2k to the price...
