I've got a fair few bits and pieces gathered up for the conversion. Will update in my project thread once i'm back from the new forest. I'm still undecided on which intercooler to go for? Its got to be a fmic. I've been advised by a mate to go for a sprinter one. Its the pipework which will be a pain!

Right then, just a quick update.

Ive got the loom currently in the hands of R.J. Once its back i want to get the 20v in asap, but need to get a few things sorted before hand.

As above on the previous post, where the hell does the turbo coolant feed and return go to on the engine ?

Also im undecided on what rad and fan setup to use ?

Would like to hear from some of you who have done the conversion recently and pictures would be great.

    Cheers

Just found this info below in a previous post in the thread.

Looks like number 11 is the water feed. But would you know roughly where the return goes ? Does it go back into the header tank.

i think it heads back into the rail that sits next to the inlet manifold, tucks underneath, there is also where the hearder tank feed goes to and from. I've removed all of that as i'm not using it in the mk1, as my header tank sits in the original position, unlike the mk4 setup

Hello. I was offered to buy whole FMIC piping for a very good price, but it's 60mm diameter.
So the question is: Is that diameter suitable for standard 1,8T AGU ? Won't be to large ?
