only a oppinion gary .. could also be dodgy valves. easily bent if you dont know what you are doing when you stripping a 16v head. paul
All the engine work was done by Autotechnik in Southampton...who have a very good reputation (& incidentally built my old 2L 8v which was a cracker!) The cams are Shrick blanks cut to Schrick profiles by Kent, who originally used IanBs cams to copy the profile.. The engine runs cleanly & the curve was nice & smooth, just a bit flat for the spec Im thinking from his spec that he is missing a good 20-25BHP @ the flywheel... [:^(]
