Hmmmm not sure on fibreglass doors, You need some sort of wind deflector to stop the doors being forced open on the top edge. We had a door come off a MK2 Escort at Snetterton.

No my friend i do not have them. They were a bit narrow for the front track of my car. Try out wlmotorsport in Germany or http://www.mcracingsa.com/VOLKSWAGENGOLF2.htm

The doors from pesch for the mk2 seems to be nice, but i've bought mine from timelesscardesign in germany reason these have also the innerparts as well and you can still use them with the original door hinges

i must admid that you still has a little bit of work on them in terms of smoothing them out
There are also lots of peole on the www.berg-cup.de site who offer lots of carbon and fibreglass goodies

I ordered mk1 panels, a bonnet, bootlid and a pair of doors. All were pretty decent for fibreglass and ideal if you think you may not keep pucka paint in top form lol

I'd also be interested to hear some first hand experiences, I'm positive I've heard people mention parts they've bought from them previously, but my memory is dire.

I'm planning on grabbing a bonnet and possibly a tailgate from them in a couple of months and a lad on the Mk2OC is going to order some Mk1 parts at the same time.

    That's the plan anyway [:s]

edit. Good to hear Mart  Cheap and disposable is all they need to be [:D]

Unless I'm having a late night moment of stupidity which is possible, import duty and whatnot shouldn't come into play because we're both EU countries :)

I emailed them last night and got an instant reply.

For the front wing panels, rear panel, lower front valance, boot lid and two doors i was quoted 90 euros as it would have to be two packages. This is the guys reply:

    i thanks

    all parts inkl. doors

    2x Package 45,- one

    90,- euro shipping

I just wanted to make sure people had ordered from them previously and not had issues with them. So sounds all good to me :)
