My exhaust which was in the back, some brake calipers, luckily not the ones for the car and some other bits and bobs, I think my headlights too. Didn’t take the door trims or perfect roof gutters luckily.

Pretty much, luckily they didn’t take the roof gutters, took a few other random but not cheap and golf specific bits.

I don't tend to wish violent death on many people but I do hope that all thieves meet a slow and painful end.

Keep an eye on marketplace/gumtree/shpock etc, won't be long before they try to fence off your stuff.

I think it was taken for scrap, hence metal only.

    Opportunistic theft for scrap metal.
Luckily for you those are easy to restock.

Well today has been the first day I’ve dragged myself to the Golf after being pretty deflated about things. The only thing missing was the exhaust, everything else had just been thrown around.

So I emptied it out, tidied everything up and feel a bit more positive about things.

Just to get it running and in the aid of speed, I’ve got a complete engine with k03s just to drop into the hole. So no need to faff with oil lines etc etc. I’m getting pressured to move it and looking at it, that was the quickest way.
