yep remember my first drive back from the dealer in the mk5 gti i had.....those curbs!

Been waiting for the Top Gear review on the MK7 GTi

Not bothered whether its positive or negative though, the Mk7 is still a lovely car.

 

Well I was happy with Clarksons review on the MK7

Can't wait to get behind the wheel

 

i don't see anybody slating the gti...think the bmw is in a different power league so not really a fair comparison.

ive driven the gtd...great car. but i cant own a more door golf so im out!

 

Yeah I know what you mean. It was just nice to wind my brother up, as he loves his BMW's.

Is the GTD not available in 3dr then ?

 

oh yes, but i also have a family a dog and if im totally honest its easier to live with a more door, especially in car parks, on site and in general. if i had a 3 door toy....oh hang on! i do lol

Mk7 on a Sat, MK2 on the Sun perhaps

I'll always have love for my Mk2, nothing will compare to that.
