I'm tempted by the new Galalxy Nexus...I have the Nexus One and it's a cracking 'pure' Android phone..but boy, has it been unreliable. I'm on my 6th one...so for me, buying another HTC would be hard.

I'm torn between the Galaxy S2 and waiting for the Galaxy Nexus just now because I'm due an upgrade.

A lot of the Android phones have pretty poor warranty stats, but that's because they're made to a lower price point, but still trying to pack in the features, rather than the software.

Just to steer this in the right direction: the OP is asking specifically about Android devices, so there's no need for yet another Apple vs. Everyone Else debate - please!

Hurrah for the Android Moderator ;)

My view on it, is that it works the same as Heterosexuality and Homosexuality. Some people are Android people, some people are Apple people.

There's no shame in either, it's just that people are different.

Barny likes girls, he's also not interested in an iPhone.

I've always had Nokia's until I got my HTC Desire HD, I can't fault it.

Right Thicko Question.... Remember I've been on press the buttons to call and txt phones for years... and if they break I buy a new one.....

    BUT....

I've sort of been shown the light into having a fancyish phone due to a Mate showing me her Blackberry.... among other things[:$]

I've been thinking Iphone.... but now I'm thinking S2.

How do you swap the Apps over from phone to phone as you upgrade?... I dont want to pay now and and pay again later.

Once you have a Google account, a list of your paid/non paid Apps are stored in that, you get a new phone, log in, and your list of Apps are there...you just download the same Apps again.
At least that's how it's worked for me.
