Chris> I don't know the Plexiglass product range, from the GE Plastics, Brett Martin and Falcon ranges we sell of PC Ive never been asked for an acrylic laminated sheet yet. Glaziers use laminated PC with toughened glass but it weighs a tonne! Im sure you could get all the panels needed out of a 2440x1220 sheet. We sell 4mm at less than a ton to the public for various purposes. You shouldnt pay more than 15-30 for getting someone to router them on a flatbed. Im slowly talking myself into this lol.
I went to my local plastic and engraving engineers and just gave them the old windows as a template, they did me a full set out of 4mm polycarb, took them a week and they charged me 160 all in, inc 1 slider. but thats only a bit cheaper than it would have been going to plastics 4 performance anyway.
