Only listen to Dave Pearce's Dance Anthems on R1 Never ever turned to R2 as i was only born in 1981 thankyou. When in london or near a DAB/freeview/sky its always kiss100. When without DAB/freeview/sky in my car up north at uni i just listen to cd's!
radio 1 really ****es me off. i get wound up when every song they play is "my fav new track - love it" ****ing ******s. radio 2 for me i'm 29 but don't feel old listening to it
radio 1 is turd during the day full stop although can be good in evening, radio 2 rock fm are the ones i like, dont mind key 103 (manc raidio) for top ten at ten and guess the year. Just founda new manc radio station called revolution, its great plays everything from every year and genre, was realy happy they were playin bowie, stone roses, pink floyd its great. i cant believe how people thinkyou have to be old to listen to radio 2. good music doesnt have an age limit, it doesnt matter if it was made 50 years ago, 300 years ago or a few months ago a good tune/artist can be listened too at any time no maater what the age as good music is timeless. Come on people dont let society make you think you have to put up with this tripe on daytime radio cos its the cool thing to do, if you like it fare enough though each to there own but dont listen to it cos its fashionable or the new thing listen to it cos its good otherwise your cheating youself out of the oportunity of listening to some great music.
So theyve been celebrating 40 years of being **** the majoirity of the time. It was like that fast show sketch. Got nothing to be proud of. They have decent shows, but the daytime stuff is ****. I got no reason to listen to the radio now so why the **** am i moaning? It is the 21st century after all

what happened to xfm.... i remember the days it was great [:^(] radio 1 is 98% crap. a few good songs which pop up out of nowhere... xfm now have XU which is supposed to let the listeners choose the music... surprise surprise they only pick stuff on the xfm playlist??!?!?! ahh!!
