The Seat Ibiza 16v contains the same ABF engine as the Mk3 16v, therefore 150bhp as standard. 0-60 is around 7.9 secs.

 

And like many mk3 16v's they often have more than the quoted power. I'd wager a bet that a standard Ibiza 2L 16v would be quicker than a standard mk2 Golf 16v in many conditions, although it would be damn close. Ibiza, not as much fun as a Pug but a better drive than a mk3 IME.
