If you didn't see the twin flashes then you should be ok, hmmm unless it was a digital one... all depends on the speed limit and what settings are applied to the camera, i would think you'll be fine though.

if you havent hear in something like 12 weeks (i think) you should be in the clear, of course it does mean sweating it out for a while, i got caught in a camera flash but heard nothing, lucky i guess:)

I thought one flashed me a few weeks back, but there's not a lot you can do about it so why sweat it?

Plus, nobody really cares about 3 points for speeding anymore, cos everyone has 3 points.

    You should be fine(d).

    Sorry. [:$]

Anyway, no point worrying about something you can't control.
Wait and see, only worry about it once your dad gets a letter and calls you in for a chat. [:s]

wow thats a hell of a nice car! wish i had that![:^:]

i hope u will be ok, i think you can usually get away with 35/36 in a 30 with a fixed speed camera. most of the time they arent loaded anyway!

    Fingers crossed for you!;)

Get your dad to take the points if you do get them (which I really doubt will happen - 33-34 on the speedo is an actual speed of 30, maybe 31mph) - an SP30 on his clean licence with good no claims won't affect his insurance at all.......

Your on your dads insurance? You look like 22 maybe in your pics. Thats a bit old to be on pa's insurance, especially as you have all that cheap women only insurance stuff....

As TSC say's you'll be fine, 99% of speedo's dont show actual speed. Helped even more if you have larger wheels fitted as then the speedo is out even more on a showing faster than actual speed type bias.

    Exactly.

    Your 33/34 indicated = ~30 real.

At worst, you're 4 over the limit, which is below what they'll have the cameras set for / prosecute for.

    Rest easily.

What is the cut off point now ?

The ACPO used to recommend one tenth +1.
