16v DTH bodies fit 16v's the 20v inlet flange is completely different.

Mad20v's has a manifold that was made up from a standard 20v inlet, with seperate bodies fitted IIRC.

DCOE bodies fit to a DCOE manifold, you'll need one of those manifolds that Rallye posted pics of to use those.

True, but if he's looking to do it on the cheap then the choices of alpha-n capable ECU's gets very limited. If we're talking about robbing it out of a scrapyard then it's generally a choice between MAP or MAF/AFM.

There is a guy in the process of tuning his Audi 16v with GSXR bodies at the moment, he's coming into some problems with the MAP hitting atmospheric after little throttle movement. I'm watching how he gets on with interest.

A DCOE manifold designed for a 16v VW engine will allow for the fitment of DCOE type TB's and Carbs.

Going by Carbs, 42mm - or there abouts, is the maximum choke size on 45's, these may be seen as too large for a 2.0 16v but it depends on the application and specification.

I think most either fit 42mm or 45mm TB's? I think it was RobT that mentioned about going upto 48's on his 2.0l to give more top end gain, though this is on a high spec engine.

Not sure with the injectors. [:$]
