    assume the rose joints are being used for the track rod ends? been giving these some consideration as well and was thinking about going with rose joints. hows everyone mounting them?

    This is what i was thinking, wat do you think?

    I was thinking more about the job of drilling out the taper in the hub housing etc etc..

    can you just not get female rose joints with the correct thread to screw directly on the steering arms.

    Not sure!? my rose joint criteria consisted of, High Tensile, High Angle and 1/2" bore.. All the rest i can work around!

    Chris could we make a section in group buys and see if there be more interest by doing that?

    I've got an Aurora catalogue if anyone wants to check on rose joint sizes. yes you can get female threaded ones.

    hows about we start a seperate GB thread? keep this one for factual info on the spacers and rose joint track rods ends?

    Track rod ends are really good from compbrake, mine arrived on friday... its a specific mk1 kit as well, no custom work apart from drilling out the taper in the hub to 5/8".. The kit includes the bolts and nut as well..

    You did good!

    Did you thread the existing track rod arm? or buy a threaded one? are the track rod ends sided, as in will the threaded one from the drivers side fit the passengers side?
