Id give up 2" from each bicep to be 4" taller! ;) But you are right, with regards to upping weights in the gym, and body mass its very easy. Ive put on nearly a stone this year.

A stone in a year:o How long you been training then? By the sounds of things you stick to quite a good diet so i assume a lot of that isn't fat/water. Been on the pinks? ;) ;)

No, thats since December. To be honest, my diet has been the worst part of my training, if i had been eating much more protein than i have, then id have had more gains. Got a much better diet on the go now, so will see how it goes. But im not obsessive over the diet, i treat myself every now and then. Generally i eat oats/muesli and fruit for breakfast. A good meat salad for lunch then a good dinner with just meat and veg. (some snacks sneak in which are carb based, try to avoid them but cant be helped sometimes)

Also pack a good whey and creatine powder in there, and i want to try a good 100% Gaba soon. 5-10g of gaba before bedtime on an empty stomach is a good fat burner and also stimulates the pituatory gland for HGH release.

Ive been training off and on since i was 14 nearly 12 years ago. In 2000 i got into it properly and trained hard. At the beginning of 2003 i started getting really bad headaches. I have now narrowed it down to dental issues which i can kind of control except when i drink alcohol (i grind when i drink). That put me out of action for nearly 3 years. And ive been training solid since december 4 times per week.

To add, im 5'3" and weigh just shy of 11stone at the moment. At the end of 2002 i was 12 stone.

Wicked. Used to eat about 7 times a day with NO treats. Never really had any cravings at the time.

In the time that i was doing it the best gains i made were when i totally scrapped my one bodypart a week routine and started doing everything twice a week using mainly basis lifts (deadlifts, squats, bench). Thats when i enjoyed it the most as well.

    Please tell me you squat!

basically, some people arent keen on 'weight challenged' women.
Thus the discussion turned to the importance of fitness / health.Ergo, cringe..to....gym!
