Brake servo - there is an outlet made into the manifold. I use some pipe and ran it to the existing brake servo hose. Bit of jubilee magic and it's fine.

i expect bogg brothers would do a group buy. You'll be in for a long wait though...

This is my 9a manifold i am using for the R1 carbs. There is a metal recycling company here who has loads of odd shaped industrial rubber and steel pipe so i'll see what i can connect the carbs with

Am i correct in saying that your manifold is a cut down standard manifold?

And here is the result, hose is 50mm fuel resistant. I am going to taper the inside edge of the manifold so the air/fuel mix dose not hit an edge.

although this could still be done on a cheaper budget! i,m at 75 so far and need pump ,reg and fuel hose to get running useing kawasaki zzr 1100 full power 40mm carbs(wether it'll run well is another matter!) 1000cc supersports bike carbs are still fetching top dollar at the mo......... zzr in its day was the fasted sports tourer of its class i think early 90's with about 170mph top whack! few of these gsxr/r1 set ups going for 100 - 300+ for specials

    just a thought!

i'll submit my pics and costs whence done!

their the same ones as i am putting on my valver but their off a zx9r cvk40's ain't they? so i hope they work every one uses mikuni carbs off r1's and gixers cause they take weber jets so its easier to jet than our keihin carbs which all hondas and kwaks have.
my dad had a zzr1100 god was it quick it left me standing on my sv1000:lol:

On Keihins , Honda actually own Keihin , even though lots of other 'bikes use those make of Carbs . However , my personal choice , the 38mm Honda CBR900 RR/RRX carb , is made solely for that particular bike , which is/was Honda's flagship sport bike , so it stands to reason it's a pretty good one if they don't let anyone else use it? Works well on our Zetec'd Mk2 Escort project anyway... and generally cheaper and easier got that Yammy R1's .

I have a problem with the fuel pressure, the fpr can't go low enough so i'm replacing the facet tickler pump with the original pump from the R1 tommorw, going to pick it up tonight.

What FPR are you using? We used a malpassi Filter king , works fine .
