hi guys. i ordered a new underside pump yeterday, all excited that it might be the problem. i opened the box to find it looks like the incorrect one. or is it? i think it is.

i ordered it from cpa at the price of 130inc vat. (bit pricey). i gave the guy the reg over the phone and had to pay for it there and then.

i looked at it in the shop when i picked it up and said its incorrect. he said his computer said different.

here are some pics of the pump.

i feel gutted now as i was going to get the traking and chamber checked tomorow if i cured the fault, what do i do when i take it back, ask for another pump, money back?, try another supplier?

you should get a refund on anything realy if you havnt used it and have the orig packing etc or just tell them its wrong and they should just exchange it,in the motoring industry this happens all the time,so hopefully no probs

took the pump back to cpa today. they checked the part number on the box on there computer on the fuel parts website, it came up with a picture, the picture of the pump is the correct one although the pump in the box is incorrect. they are getting a new pump in for monday.
