    dont worry thats just my wiring OCD talking :lol: either MK2 fusebox will do you just fine so long as in good nick :thumbup:

    if its a 90spec GTI it would be big bumpers, otherwise small. to know if it was 90spec shell check your hazard switch as mushy said and the header tank bracket. hazard on dash = ce2 90spec, hazard on column = ce1 pre-90. also if the header tank bracket is spot welded to shell its pre-90, if unboltable its 90spec.

    I do like the BBS kit so it would be a tough call for me if one was available... had one on my cabrio but had to sell for funds :(

    I like the bbs kit also ...'twas a black one knocking about on here with a 20 valve in it ....looks sweet
    And it would stand out :thumbup:

    my all time fav mk2 with bbs kit that! I came close to buying one with a turbo technics in it but backed off to avoid being killed by the wife :lol:

    Mike, I think your car demands the bbs kit on it! It would add to the already special nature of the car I think. A lad at work had a mk2 scirocco years ago with a bbs kit on it (black car) it looked mint to be fair!

    Hoping to get engine and gearbox oil in later but work is mad ! Making money but busy busy busy . No time to play but hope to get my mechanic lol to have a look later :thumbup: ( part time wife's uncle ) mechanic and like me anything else that needs doing ;)

    I need to go on a machine this afternoon as I'm a lot faster than the lads and I need space :o good job I can't put stock where the golfs are or I'd really be getting it in the neck lol
