8V Milltek/TSR Manifold query

    1) 20v N/A engine for a short while
    CLICKY
    2) 20vT BAM later this year
    CLICKY

    Both engines sitting here ready.... :)

    I've said it once and i'll say it again, poor, poor, POOR service. That's my two pence worth for Milltek. Will anyone take note? Probably never.

    does anyone know the size of the crush ring/olive for the exhaust, i'm struggling so hard to get hold of a new one. a 45 ID was too small, and 50 ID was massive. for some odd reason these parts are not sold in sizes, only part numbers.

    Yup (taken from a new one):

    Inside diameter is 50mm
    Smaller outer diameter is 58mm (top of the cone as it were)
    Larger outer diameter is 66mm (bottom)
    Depth is 12mm

    Hope that helps, let us know if you do find an alternative source of these as lots of us use them and are in need of replacements.
