Took some measurements today. The harness is from a LHD car, but I figure it should be the same for a RHD model.

Part number for the fuse holder, still available new. Clips in on top of the fusebox.

Positive feed from one of the spare pins on back of the fusebox. Grounds like everything else.

    Measurements. I know I can't draw lol

It feels great, I really miss having a manual. I need to wire up my seats now because the buckets are not the best for driving 6+ hours in one go. lol I thought it would be a lot worse driving it here but it's not that bad as the roads are wider and smoother

Nice! Are you keeping it RHD? Must feel odd driving on the "correct side" [:D]

Yeah, I'm very happy that it's here.

Well I was at least until tonight when it decided it doesn't want to run anymore. When I turn the key on I can't hear the fuel pump come on but as it's raining and dark with no tools, I've parked it in a car park on base for now. Where should I start to look for problems?

Check the coil wires easy to disturb them and things start to go pear shaped :(

It tries to turnover so I wouldn't think it would be the coil. Usually when I turn the key I can hear the fuel pump but I didn't hear it when trying to get it started again. I'll have to wait till I finish work and theres some daylight to see if I can find anything

Had the same issue pump not firing up pulled everything apart and it was a loose wire on coil [:s]
Something to do with positive feed to somewhere [:s]

Somebody else will be along soon

I got it running by messing with the fuse box wires. I think I'm getting water in there from some where so I think the dash will be coming out today so i can have a good look.

I have been trying to find a reason to swap the engine and electrics to CE2 so this might be the time to do it...if money allows and the wife

    Great that it's finally arrived!!

Mine did similar but it only ever happened once, it was raining and dark as well. If you do find some damp in there check the square blank in the scuttle area, mine leaked from there but there was no sign of cracking on the sealer.

    So yesterday I did this
    [IMG]
    and this
    [IMG]
I didn't find any dampness but I did find that water is getting in from where the bonnet release cable goes through the bulk head because 1: there's no grommet installed and 2: the inner arch liners need to be installed.

I put in a new grommet and later today I'm going to install the inner arch liners.

    I also put this on

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna swap back the the duel light grill but I wanted to see how I liked the new color. What do you guys think of the color?
