Found a pump that pumps between 4-7psi
will this be too much running at 4psi?
there are loads of pumps on fleabay for gsxr zx6r and 1100 will any of these do, are they all quite similar in regards to correct pump pressure etc?
Also in regards to the 46mm OD of the of the carb's outlets, above pic, what size silicone pipe should I buy to fit on? say 2-4mm smaller so it's a tight fit?

if you can find a pump which is from the same bike as the bodies you have then that should work fine. I'd also fit a MK2 GTI lift pump, and a later MK1 cabby/rocco or MK3 Polo plastic reservoir under the car to keep it supplied with fuel, will prevent any fuel starvation issues as you're cornering. A MK3 Golf fuel filter carrier would be handy for you too, that will bolt right up where the MK2 GTI fuel pump fits, and give you something to bolt the reservoir and your chosen fuel pump to.

Have a look at bens (sc0rian) Rallye build thread, he used a MK1 plastic reservoir with a MK3 GTI fuel filter carrier and a MK1 GTI fuel pump so you can see what I mean :)

Cool, found it, good site! Alot cheaper than elsewhere!

I don't think I'm going to get the pipe I bought (ID 45mm) over the ABF inlet manifold...[8(] which I beleive to be ID 50mm plus say minimum 2-3mm wall. 56mm?

been thinking about the take off for brake servo, could I use a fuel rail from something and use the injector ports on the ABF manifold and weld them in or use some durafix, you know what i mean.

you can get brake servo ports, then you just need to drill the manifold and cut a thread in it with a tap :)

no, drill a new hole and screw in the brake servo nipple. was a trhead a while back showing a supplier for em. i think you would struggle to get a good seal using an injector rail, but if you can make it work then go for it

okay. Think i'll have a bash with some durafix once the engine and manifold come.

    Carbs and silicone came today...

I can't seem to get my hands on a zxr 750 manual, can someone shed light on these pipes?

I know the one on the left on the throttle is the idle control.
And the bar along the top seems to be choke control.

The pipe running along the bottom is fuelling, should this have the return blocked off?

The pipes I'm not 100% on is the one sticking out the bottom which can swivel. . .

and the one on the top which bridges 1 & 2 carb and then 3 & 4 carb and has one access hole on the left..

Engine got delivered this morning, pulled the curtain back and said

    ENGINE?

    no mate...

I have chrome radiator for you.

I said it was nice but won't fit

Fubbin engine wasn't even picked up.

    All hell has broken loose.

Company I booked with was INTERPARCEL (third party) who, by the by, have been helpful but the blame lays with PALLET ETS, who I am in a complaint situation with and trying to get it delivered SAT at no extra cost...
