Yes Ryan you are stupid lol
The sheets are reusable but if the edges get damaged there recycled
Lots are proper mangled but a a fare few are ok as there 1200x1000 you can get a nice door card out of them lol and as many thousands come in on a load I've got a nice choice even get different colours sometimeslol

Sorry Ryan for, calling you stupid it's my Aspergers getting the better of me [:s] is my sense of humour a bit to abrasive ? My mrs says I'm an insensitive @&@&@& a lot of the time
    Love you really lol

    Sounds like a plan lol

Each sheet is 1200x1000 x 3/4 mm thick and weights 1kg per square metre

You boys are in luck as some brand new unused sheet has just come in lol

So big question is what am I getting paid for these awsome quality sheets ;)

How many do you guys want Ian to bring to Curby ? What size do you want them as will chop them say in half with one of my bandsaws

    Love to the club Mike

I bet you can make splitters etc if you cross layer them and glue with evostic

If Ian's up for delivery you guys can put in requests lol Ian's quit a nice chap and not far from me lol just depends how much room he'll have in his car ? Nige might squeeze some in if you ask him nicely ;)

Right not gone to costco going later with the kids and mrs to have dinner and do some shopping lol

So guys when you get my awesome sheet here's a few tips on getting a nice finish

The sheet is polypropylene so is nice and tough , because this sheet is basically plastic corrugated cardboard it's very strong, durable and waterproof
To cut just use a sharp knife . The sheets have a finished edge all round but you will be cutting this , to get a nicer finish on cut edges try experimenting with a scrap piece melting the cut edge and smoothing it to look like the finished edges on a new sheet edge ;) you guys following this ok ? I've not tried it yet but should work ok use a hot air gun paint stripper type  I would cut sheet a few mm oversized if going to melt the edges as it will naturally shrink a bit
Most of above is knowledge but some is just an educated guess ;)

    Pictures of a sheet
