8 pints! Thats nothing! My 6th form had a pub golf before Christmas, winners got to 17 pints! And that was downing them, under 21 seconds, then moving on to the next pub! Ive done 12 pints in a night, that was pretty nasty. Only time ive drunk so much, wasnt fun, hence i try not to do it at all to the same extent

So Far no one has mentioned the people benefiting from drug use, Those in the supply trade.
Big pikey families, Yardies, Turk and Eastern european gangs. In the case of heroin, As it mainly comes from Afghanistan it helps fund terrorism.

People need to think about where their money is going. These are not the sort of poeple I really want to make rich and powerfull

Bearing in mind Paul's job, you want to be glad that he - and a lot of people in responsible jobs - don't play around with drugs.

Would you like to trust your life to someone's who is still full of dope or worse, the day(s) after?

And evil as tobacco and alcohol are, they're controlled to a certain extent. When you're buying drugs, you don't know what sort of cr@p they've been adulterated with, do you.

I'm not being a goody-two-shoes, but I don't think you should pull people like Paul to pieces for having an opinion like his - although he seems quite capable of standing up for himself!

I can see where your coming from, and I strongly agree that Paul shouldnt of been lynched for his opinions.

What if you were to grow your own pot? All you have to do is buy the seeds (which is legal) and the equipment (again all legal). No criminal gangs involves, no contaminents. Its just the same as growing tomatos. Theres no harm in it really, if you only grow a couple of plants for personal use, but because the government cant tax it or invest money to regulate it propperly they wont allow it, but thats another argument.

I used to work with 2 lads who spent stupid money every wkend on coke. Its their choice. I would rather people go out at the wkend and do a line rather than get pi55ed and look for a fight

I've done it myself and found out that I will probably spend my retirement in the garden because it was enthralling to watch them develop after planting them from seed to harvesting the end product.
