Driving without any useless idiots on the road is normally good.

I'm going to get blasted for this, but I don't really care as I'm not ashamed to say it, but a bit of "me time" with a jamaican ciggy;) normally calms me right down and puts things into perspective.

I think you have to find something that works for you though.

Think about what would be your ideal day, or ideal way to relax? Then try to make it happen.

as for holidays. I'd get bored! my holiday revolve around cars and bikes or motorracing. I'd be bored still within half a day if I went on a "normal" holiday.

I have to agree with that. Go on a 'normal' holiday ? I'd go stir crazy.

That’s why I only go for the weekend, long enough to chill but not long enough to drive me mad. Nothing like sitting outside at night in the hot tub with a bottle of stella in one hand and a large cigar in the other

i honestly don't know the meaning of the word.

do you mean to just sit there doing nothing at all?

It always takes me at least half an hour to get to sleep, my mind never stops thinking abot stuff and mulling things over. sometimes I can't sleep at all.

well i think that's a huge part of the problem, your brain needs some down time.

And i prescribe vigorous sex for 1/2 hour before sleep, always works for me

Hawaiian Tropic, as seen in the pitlane walkabout or in the parade.
