I may even keep it yet, might sell the corrado instead. Depends if I like the mk4 or not. If I do, I'll put the R32 lump in that and sell the corrado with a 2.8 in it.

Bwahahaha converted to the dark side of the v6 4motion :p

My Bora (being what you have there with some extra tin) is without doubt the best all round package I've had in a car; right price, enough performance, few enough problems...

Its not very hardcore in the vw scene sense, but everyone likes getting in it to go to shows ;)

You've done damn well to find one at a bargain price, and 10k if you came to sell it would be on the mark IMO.

Now, how to persuade you to fit the R32 bits to mine instead? [:[]

R32's are about 18K these days. but they look awful. that's why I'm going to build my own for half that!

I'm still waiting for photos. I'm not a MK4 fan even a little bit, but
there's something quietly cool about the 4motion. Lots of power with
the means to put it down and very unsuspecting looks.

What are the tuning possibilities for an R32 donk? With standardish MK4 looks you could go scooby baiting

    it looks....standard. i/e a sleeper.

not like some pumped up chav mobile.

arm rest is staying, walnut dash is going.

oh...and I've just bought ANOTHER golf too!! lupo and corrado are going, getting back to my golfs and only golfs. apologies for straying.

I'd like to know where you lot are finding all these ridiculously priced cars, becasue the are never on the autotrader site when I look.............

more to the point, oif they are all so cheap then why are yo driving around in pooty old mk2s and telling my cars is worthless.
