That's one of the nicest 'styling' Golfs I've seen here.
The retrim is beautiful, and not too Orange at all - the Tanner, the better!

If you could get a 5-digit (model-year-correct) numberplate, I think it would be complete.

That is sweet, nice sleeper. Looks like your handbrake could do with replacing, its bent towards the driver. A mk3 or 4 handbrake fits in a mk2, just slight modification needed.

Interior is stunning. How are Premier Car Trim's prices compared to MJ's?

Happy with the plate on the car as at shows it's space H20 then the rest hehehehe

I would say alot cheaper from the MJ prices I've been hearing about and the quality is just as good i would say

Loving the BMW rad. Did the hoses fit straight or did you have to fabricate them?

I've gotta say, that interior is awesome. I never knew 944 seats were so nice and with the retrim, they are even better.

One day my car will have a smoothed bay and interior as cool as that, one day...

    Top work my friend!

Bit of fabrication required to follow the lines of the car to look OEM'ish.....

The rolling shots do look great, still a 'understated' looking design

vw hoses are 32mm and the rad oulets are 40mm so you could have a go a getting them
on but run the risk of splitting them, some have gone on mine and others PSI sorted
some random ones our from BMW or SAAB hope that helps a bit

also to get the rad in to look oem like cripy said needs some work, I have a custom
front member with the BMW fittings on it

Right it's about time I updated this thread a little.

Had a great first year doing the show n shine circuit, enjoyed most of them if not all, only one or two idiots with sticky fingers..... won a few bits for my troubles as well which is always a nice icing on the cake.

Also managed to get a feature in golf+, which to my surprise cam back as the cover car, was well happy.

Here are a few pictures from the mag feature:

The winter is now upon us and plans are a foot for a new look next year, the wheels have been sold and the new ones are now sat in the small bedroom keeping warm hehehe.

I had a bit of paint bubbling on the back panel and have been fixing this in the last week
    it started like this
    [IMG]
after sanding it back to my shock i had holes in my car, this was due to the bad work that was done on removing the towing eye
    [IMG]
after some treatment and welding it was now getting there
    [IMG]
this is how it looked at 10.30 last night, the stone chip is now going off, will need another coat or 2 yet i think before the paint goes on
    [IMG]

will update this with pics when painted
