Guy in his 20's gets a rare form of cancer, semi-biographical story of who it happened to, best mate of seth rogen who pretty much plays himself in this. It's funny, sad and well acted imo, plus, anna kendrick lol

The Big Wedding - chick lit type film, vaguely funny, typically American. (One for the women, definitely, but friend I go with refused to watch Liberace.)

Surely not all Americans have four acre gardens with woods and ponds, and houses about half an acre big? They seem to in all the American films I've watched.

    Man of Steel

Pros: Lots of action and explosions and great fight scenes
Cons: Not much of anything else, especially in the second half
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable action film but not nearly Dark Knight Trilogy level 6.8 out of 10 fallen buildings

    Jack Reacher

In an innocent heartland city, five are shot dead by an expert sniper. The police quickly identify and arrest the culprit, and build a slam-dunk case. But instead of confessing, the accused man writes the words, "Get Jack Reacher." Reacher himself sees the news report and turns up in the city. The defence is immensely relieved, but Reacher has come to bury the guy. Shocked at the accused's request, Reacher sets out to confirm for himself the absolute certainty of the man's guilt, but comes up with more than he bargained for.

Quite enjoyed this Tom Cruise thriller with a few twists and turns along the way.

guys this is truly an amazing film , great race sequences carefully spliced with genuine footage, the background story of Hunt/Lauda friendship/rivalry very well told no Hollywood dramatics and explosions there was even one point when we all flinched as Lauda has his lungs vacuumed (not pretty!!)

If you were thinking of seeing it you must best 2 hours I have spent in a theatre for a long time!!!

Part comedy, part drama, part biopic of Liberace with Michael Douglas and Matt Damon.

Entertaining, occasionally bittersweet, well worth a watch.

I rate it at 27 and a half rhinestone rings.

    Taken 2

I was well disappointed with this film - it is almost like someone else had made it and not the original team. The film starts off with potential and then goes down from there. Worse there is talk of Taken 3!

Just come back from the cinema with the Mrs.

We ended up watching The Millers.

Was a really funny film tbh, and Jennifer Anniston is a stripper in it, which caught my attention [:D]

Go on guys, take the mrs out to watch it, you'll love it ;)
