they did have quite a few cars there but for some reason i expected more... there were 2 mk2 8v's and luckily one was a digifant

its in springfield i think (wonder why i can't forget that :p ) then up through some streets. its not to far from a ford garage and danz bangers. TBH i wasn't totaly sure where i was  in the end some guy said follow me which was kind of him. But the above should show where it is ? (well very roughly)

drill it. i'm doing mine tomorrow. my mate did his the other day and it sounds lovely. the only reason i'm doing mine is cos its a valver with k-jet so cant get induction kit for it, not unless i spend loads of money and the induction kit really isn't that visible under the bonnet. do it, you wont regret it. let me know how it goes

I've got a Magnex full system on my Mk2 with a JR Induction kit, and it is loud!!!! You need to keep the boot down to get the full noise out of it, mind. :)

i've got a full scorpion on mine. sounds lovely and i drilled my airbox. it sounds so grunty. i would prefer to have it slightly louder so i might cut out one of the boxes.

I drilled about 5 2'5 cm hole in my air box a couple of days ago, the noise is not for me and im not sure if it isnt causing a bit of a hesitation in acceleration but im sure my moter needs a tune. it is an 86 8v ev code.

i drilled 17 holes in mine  but they were only about 1cm if not a little smaller.

ive still got my original air box so can change it back with in a minute. but everything is still running fine and i'm still happy with the grunt at 2.5k and at 3k+ especially
