in the centre console, above the ashtray but below the aircon unit. pull off the dash trim towards you... if there is a port that looks like a scart plug, your in bussines!

by com port do they mean the vagcom port, cos we know thats there

yeah, thats the port they use for the new software

 

triffic.... the vag port on the a3 is by the driver's knees (that sounds bad lol)

i know it has one for certain (that sounds really bad)
