    Sorted

[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D] Car sorted , turned out to be the main pump and problems with crap in the filters etc . When hot the car made 180 @ 7200 on TSR rollers . Having one more power run this morning they expect it to make a bit more. Will post final figures and plots when i have them , and yes i do know that the final figures are only applicable to the rollers at TSR and a lower or higher reading may be achieved else where but more than happy ! Can and would recommend TSR to anyone , a great bunch of guys .

    Not quite though...
On TSR rolls His was 180@7200rpm or 131lbft@7200rpm
I suspect that means at 6000rpm this engine will be near 140+lbft or in real terms, regardless of dyno numbers, the engine sounds like it will be a 7800rpm screamer.

By your figures you are suggesting yours was 150+lbft@6200rpm, not possible unless this a dyno mis-measurement or a typo! Peak point rpms sound wrong for uprated cams.

You know your stuff don't you ? will post my plots when i get them be interesting to see what you make of them . i really cant praise TSR high enough, They have carried out loads of additional work on the car for basically peanuts . Nice to know that if the engine goes bang i don't think there would be any problem getting it repaired under their warranty . Will keep you posted

i dont think Mark b's car is running aftermarket cams, thought it was using standard KR cams but utilising a GTI Engineering RE1900 conversion,

Are TSR going to raise the rev limiter of this car?

ok, suppose youll be just wanting to get out and use the car now?

does it currently still run the 256mm set up?

i run audi s2's on my 16v and noticed a big improvement over a G60 set up, also keeping it fairly standard looking.
