Zero tolerance on drink driving....

Can you read? Where did I say it was acceptable? Fucking idiot. And it is a normal thing to do, for a large proportion of people on the roads. Who seem to not cause fatal accidents. Over here DD is a MASSIVELY common thing, but yet our statistics mysteriously come out the same as those on the mainland. Thank you, Mr. Transport minister.

Chill everybody I think its clear that there's a big difference
between acceptable and accepted. A big proportion of the population,
probably older on average than the population of this forum, will happily
turn a blind eye. As TSC said 20 years ago it was the norm. Check out
some old Bond movies for entertaining examples of this attitude....

Woken up? Time for a drink. Just stepped into the headquarters? Drinks
all round. Dodgy moment being chased along a road by a bad guy? Better
have a stiff drink.

I don't mean to make light of the issue, but a lot of people still see the
world this way.

2 days is a bit extreme but hate drunk drivers my car was totaled by one exactly a year ago today!! 18.06.2003 RIP - the Hornet!!!! [:^(] [:^(]

The guy was also uninsured, no tax, did a runner, was twice over the limit, and was driving at 80mph in a 30 zone.....

Dont get me started..... still suffering with whiplash and bad back......

he only lost his licence for 2 years and fine of 800 quid!!!!
