When these ones run out i'll look at those other ones Gareth. I did have a quick look and was blinded by 1000mg without reading into the EPA/DHA etc. so presumed the Tesco ones were cheaper.

Those high strength ones only work out marginally cheaper, and not at all if tesco has their 3 for 2 offer on, which it probably does permanently, and is more convenient.
anywhoo, i just read to spread the dose out, i've been popping all 8 in the morning, and no fishy breath to report of

Incorrect, the bulksupplements work out cheaper per gram of EPA/DHA even when the offer is on.

9.09 per gram as opposed to 9.88 per gram (when offer is running)

I'd just buy from the cheapest any time rather than hold out for an offer locally

Well touch wood i've had no fishy burp trouble yet. Not a big fan of taking tablets though, so throwing down 4 of the buggers isn't the best, cant imagine taking 8+!

    Hmm

Have been reading this thread with interest as the other half has taken Profs advice and started on the omega 3 and D3 a few months ago

I'm a bit strange as I have Hashimoto's autoimmune problems so always avoid suppliments until yesterday Endo tells me i'm severely VitD deficient and advised me to start taking alot of Vit D. Will has these D3 2,500iu so i've started on x2 a day

Anybody know anything about actual levels in the blood? Mine tested at 21, doc said should be at least 50+ what does this meeeeean? What type of vit D is the best to take? :/ Cheers!!
