Thats what i was thinking... We've got people discussing World wars, racism and stupidity on a thread about doctors appointments. I think thats what makes this forum brilliant.

I now know all about the history and culture of Poland and the role they played in WW2 also how it has coped with Communism and it`s decline and also how the recent influx of Polish immigrants and how they are percieved by our great nation and it`s good race relations towards the Polish and all the joys and benefits they recieve but one question I really want to know is .....xxgolfyxbirdxx did you ever get that appointment with the doctor ?

 

Nah, the receptionist only spoke Polish - couldn't understand a word the girl said.

(But you're all very cruel - we all know bl'ocks and how tongue in cheek his comments were, but this girl obviously doesn't and just swallowed the bait. You horrible lot! )

 

if you go back to the beginning of the thread it was actually Daz's comment about the polish which provoked my sarcastic reply. it's not my fault you're thick enough to not recognise the sarcasm and believe every word i was saying.

the truth is that my girlfriend is a mature university student studying social psychology and works part time as a university representative for poland. she pays taxes, and she recieves no benefits. she also teaches english to foreigners as a sideline as she happens to speak even better english than you do.

the whole point of this wind up is that polish people don't get any more privilages or benefits than anyone else in the country and those that think they do are just ignorant, uneducated fools, much like you have proven extensively throughout this highly entertaining thread.
