Need some more fettling on the engine, curious to see if I can take you on with your old engine. It's pretty lairy now it's all set up right with the GTi cam, 200k and still pretty strong anyway.

Thats good to hear, looks like its coming really well.
Mine is fine, just due the MOT over the weekend, so fingers crossed.

Yeah I am going to GTI International, it would be a good laugh to drive up together, I'm definatly in (provided nothing goes wrong with the Golf).

Good luck with the MOT mate. Yours is in good condition so you shouldn't have any problems. I need to get mine MOT'd soon once ive got the car running.
Only problem is it doesn't have tax, so i might have to get it trailered to the MOT place.

I'll be going on the saturday for GTi International. We can all meet up outside mine if you want, as its right next to the M25. Plus we can get some pictures of the convoy all together.

Yeah it's been running great there's no doubt about it, K-Jet dizzy might help it out a bit more, might go pick one up at the end of the week.

I managed to get all the fuel line, intank pump and undercar pump all linked up today.
Glad thats out of the way... Didn't take any photos though...

Turned the ignition on, just to make sure the Fuel guage was working, and was thank god

The only thing which is holding it up now is the snapped wishbone bolt.
Ive literally tried everything. Mole grips, Irwins, monkey rench, but nothing has moved it.

If anyone fancy's giving me a hand with it give us a shout. Cheers
