again following that logic, at the time the cruicifiers of christ were considered the normal people of the time.....now we realise what cocks they were.

maybe in a few years youll realise how much of a cock you are.....

i personally think there is an afterlife.

im not entirely sure what its like....id imagine it would be very much similar to it is here..just with all the people you have loved around you with no death etc...

i dont think theres a universal heaven...each will be subject to te individual.

    truesay

Its the manner of your passing through to "heaven" which depends on the individual rather than the concept of "heaven" itself

    IMHO

I dont bother thinking about the afterlife.

Theres f*ck all you can do about it anyway.

    You have two options ...

    1. You die, it all goes black and thats it, auf wiedersehen and thanks for the cuppa.

    ... or ...

    2. You die, then awaken in a land of milk and honey.

Option 1 entails nothing, so you dont know.

Option 2 is far more appealing in comparison but you wont know until the final curtain drops.

Why waste time you can live, thinking about death ?

    :)

oh and I don`t have those worries....

although actually I`m in love, I`m in perfect health (apart from a wierd rash nr my left kidney [:s] ) and I earn enough for my rent and (low) living standards.

    Bully for me!

What religion do you know that sanctifies pre-emptive warfare?
Do not mistake the faults of men assuming power from religion as faults with the messages themselves.

    Religion is b*llocks.

I dont care if you like me saying that.

I dont care if you agree with it.

    Its total and utter bullsh*t.

Created by man, in order to control man.

Fortunately these days we are able to see past the facade of organised religion.

Your ignorance astounds me, you have no concept of where religion comes from.

What do you mean we have learnt to see past the facade, for f*ck sake there are more religious people on planet than atheists
I agree with you in the ORGANISED religion was created by man to control man but the twisting of truths doesn`t take away from the original teachings.

I wish it wasn't you discussing this because it actually interests me.
I'll try anyway, who do you think taught the "original teachings," and to whom?
