What would you want to be able to buy..Mk1 / Mk2 only

you see a few people enquire about ready made hard brake lines..maybe in top quality materials?

 

How much interest would there be if we could get the "obsolete" rear G60 arch made up (I believe it's the passenger side rear)

 

There woudl definatley be a lot of interest.

You'd also do well if you could get the 90spec door trims made up.

 

The beam to beam pivot bolts were sourced from the local fastners the other day and were the correct length, strength etc so should be available from most similar shops. I also got my bolts for the lower shock mounts from there, so even though stuff like this is becoming obselete from VW, it is still available.

Stainless filler would be nice. I have just fitted a new re-produced filler I got off ebay and it has started to rust just sitting in my bloody cupboard

 

Good call. Mk1 widetrack conversion + ball joint extenders seem to both create lots of interest on all the forums so might sell well.

mk1 cabrio window seals and side window chrome also roof seals, when good sets come up on ebay the price is sky high so theres good demand.

and another vote on the mk2 gutters.

original type per cut inner door membrains for mk2's not the crap foam sheets you get from the dealers now

 

Another vote for the door membranes, also the 16v k-jet fuel lines.
Oh yeah and mk2 GTI badges, go for silly money on Ebay even in average condition
