How else do you explain it then? If you think about it its only 4lbs a week. When i go 4x a week thats not hard to believe if i'm only doin 6reps of everything. Can be done if you train hard as f***.
ok just hi-jack this thread im fairly young and i think my metabolism is very rapid due to me NEVER putting any wieght on at all, so as a result i make a rake look fat i can eat all day long and eat alot of chicken and tuna, salads occasional fruit and poridge in the mornings i exercise a bit the odd run and sit ups press ups and so on also im lifting 10kg every 25 seconds for 8 hours at work , yet i cant get above 9 stone any ideas for me people
get lazy i was like you, could eat crap all day and never gain weight lol, now, i have moobs and a beer gut
Do some research mate that is not possible. Bodybuilders new to steriods don't make those sorts of gains. How did you measure your BF? What was your diet and whats your work out routine? Even if you were bulking that is a hell of a weight gain.
My mate has a set of those scales that measure your body fat - he's even skinnier than me, looks like an ethiopian cow, and it tells him he is 34% flab.....
Just crank up the weight and drop your reps. Do about 6 if you wanna bulk up. If you can do ten without being spotted then up the weight. I used a bmi to check out my body fat. It works out your body fat% and your fat free mass%. I also use these pump up tablets by maximuscle. Seem to help, the contain NO2 and really does get you pumped. CJ
