Delivery didn't take long, under a week I think. Not such a big box really, the side bits bend/fold in 'til it's almost flat, so the box is about 4ft x 3ft x 5", and very light, maybe 1-2Kg.

I must admit, I was expecting something much bigger and heavier - boxwise - as I had it in my head that this thing was going to be thin sheet steel.

I think the delivery is a rip off tbh so will I be able to bolt this onto the front cross member as my car does not have a lower panel (big bumper)

Ok if anyone is thinking of buying one of these please wait a day or so as I am trying to negotiate a bulk deal with the polish seller. Should the deal work I should be able to get them for around 40 so much chaeper than what I paid. watch this space.......

You could probably make something out of an old front splitter, with an electric drill.

I know the O.E ones have built in sound insulation, wonder if there would be any benefit in fixing a spare bonnet insulation to the engine tray

not sure yet still waiting on reply with final quote. Even if not shouldnt be much on postage as a parcel as they arent that heavy.

Id say no point sticking sound insulation on as its only going to get damp and smelly [xx(]

Ok should get these early next week hopefully. 45 posted should cover it but I wont take any payments until I have received them just in case. Not sure if people want to start a list to reserve one I only have 10 coming but could most likely order more if enough interest is shown.

maybe ask him if he can source toledo ones? even if not they're about the same price as the polish ones and will fit big bumper cars just fine.

I believe thats just showing the normal v-belt cover fitted to models without the undertray. there are piccies of the toledo one earlier in this post, no way you could fit a small v belt cover under there as well :)

Hi guys, just to let you know i bought one of those toledo trays from turbotommy and it looks to be a great bit of kit. Ill post on here when i fit it to the car to show any modifications i have to make etc. Should be in the next few days hopefully but im suffering from the dreaded man flu at the moment.
