You still need a rad for this thang? ;)

Oh, and is Microsquirt monitoring knock at all?

PS - might have a rough map for you, runs to 26* at 100kPa I think. 12x12

Yes Benny still in need of a nice Rad ! One like you've got ;)

As regards Knock, i do need a knock sensor for the ABF Block don't know what happened to the one i had on it.

A rough MAP would be nice just to get it fired up, what you like at loading it if i bring the MK1 to yours on the trailer ? :)

You can have my rad (fans / hoses) for the right money, we're moving on ;)

I think I have a knock sensor 'knocking about' somewhere, will have a look in the morn...

Loading a map you say! [:s] Have you loaded the firmware? I'd have a stab, but I'm a bit rusty! If you're desperate...

    Cheers Benny ! :)

That's confirmed then i've been after a Pace Radiator for a while and now got one from Benny's MK1.

Here's it fitted on Benny's before the 16v was removed for his new Top Secret Project !

My Radiator and fan set - up that Benny ran for years which worked fine, it may be just the Temperature at the moment, also i don't drive the MK1 every day in traffic

Ade'S 20V with small fan set up too.

There's some irony in that photo a) that was the day the engine died and b) you can see the low loader I used to get the fecker home [:^(]

However - on a brighter note - and I hope Brooky doesn't mind my saying this here - I'm breaking that engine if anyone wants to IM me for details. Schrick 276 cams, Dellorto 45's, 9A crank, dizzy, new leads etc. 3 JE pistons [8(] (It dropped a valve)

Just IM me - don't post here about it!

Fuel Pressure Regulator has now been sourced, i've gone for an FSE one which most people i know use.

There are alot of cheap ones on the market but don't know how good they are.

    Mine as promised:

Space is very tight in there, but is all to do with length of runners. If you've got DTH bodies going on, they will point upwards. Needs a dummy install.

I have since made the slam panel removable, so I can get the rad out and airbox off, without removing the inlet manifold/TBs.

You know how to MIG weld don't you!

It's got some tiny stress cracks. not blowing out of them. There's a strap bracing the runners to the collector, that's where the cracks are. 2 mins with Mr MIG - no problem [:D]
